Solutions

Look at every application, then meet the strongest first

The more CVs there are, the more get rejected without being read. The AI Screener analyses all of them and sorts them by a score from 0 to 100.

Challenge

Two ways CV screening loses good candidates

Both happen because there is not enough time to read every application carefully. It is a throughput problem, not a standards problem.

  • Misses — candidates who are simply poor at presenting themselves on paper get passed over
  • Delay — nothing moves until every CV is read, and meanwhile another company makes the offer
  • More candidates now use AI to write their applications, which makes screening on documents alone harder

The three shaded steps are automated. The decision to advance a candidate is made by a person.

Solution

However many applications come in, each is judged on the same criteria

Every application is analysed against the job description you registered, so nothing gets skipped. Results are sorted by score, which makes it clearer who to meet first.

  • All applications analysed against the same criteria
  • Scored from 0 to 100
  • Send top candidates an AI interview URL directly
Scoring results: the score distribution, and each candidate's overall score, tier and strength on each criterion.

Tuning

Tune the criteria against your own data

The AI does not learn on its own. You calibrate the evaluation criteria using your own past data, either on your own or with us alongside you.

  • Tune the criteria with your own data
  • Set it up yourself, or with our help
  • No other company’s data is used
Evaluation settings: criteria written in your own words and managed as versions.

Frequently asked questions

How is training data handled?

It is not a system that learns by itself. You tune the evaluation criteria using your own past data. You can do this yourself, or we can work alongside you.

Can we see the reasoning behind a score?

The score for each criterion is kept with written reasoning. Beyond the overall figure, you can see how the candidate was assessed on each criterion.

Are screening and interviewing connected?

Top-scoring candidates from screening can be sent an AI interview URL directly, so screening and the first interview run as one process.

How much does it cost?

Flex starts at 100 interviews, and you can top up in blocks of 10. Around 100 interviews is roughly when there is enough data for the efficiency gains to show. See pricing details
