What is the minimum purchase?

Flex starts at 100 interviews (¥480,000). Within the validity period, you can top up in blocks of 10. Starter is an annual contract that includes 240 interviews a year, and Growth includes 500.

What happens if we run out of interviews during the year?

On Starter and Growth, you can keep going at the plan’s per-interview rate: ¥4,750 and ¥3,840 respectively. On Flex, once your interviews are used up, you can buy more at the same ¥4,800 each.

What happens to interviews we don’t use?

Flex interviews are valid for one year from purchase. If you buy more before they expire, the remaining interviews are added together and the expiry moves to one year from your latest purchase. Anything left after the expiry date lapses. On Starter and Growth, interviews are valid within the contract year.

How are interviews counted?

Each interview actually taken counts as one. Invitations that were sent but not taken up by the candidate are not counted.

How much is the setup fee?

The setup fee depends on the scope of onboarding support and is provided in a formal quote.

Can we try it before signing up?

Every plan includes a free trial with a real AI interview. You can start right after contacting us.

Can we change plans during the contract?

You can move from Starter to Growth (more interviews) at any point in the contract. We will agree with you on the timing and on how interviews already used are treated. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at renewal. Flex is a prepaid pack, so it is not subject to plan changes.

How do the contract term and cancellation work?

Starter and Growth contracts run for one year. Unless either side gives written notice at least one month before the end, the contract renews for another year on the same terms. To cancel during the term, give written notice at least three months before the date you want to cancel and pay the fees for the remaining term. Flex purchases are non-refundable.

How do we pay?

Starter and Growth are billed monthly. Flex is paid in full at purchase. All payments are by bank transfer, with transfer fees paid by the customer. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.

What if we need more than 500 interviews a year?

You can stay on Growth and continue at ¥3,840 per interview. If you expect volume to grow substantially, or plan a rollout across a group of companies, we can also quote individually under Premium.

Do prices include consumption tax?

All prices are exclusive of tax.

Are prices the same through a sales partner?

Prices shown are reference prices for sales made directly by Prance. If you contract through a sales partner, prices and terms may differ.
