CEO Message
PRANCE (跳ねる) is the word used by late Sony CEO Idei Nobuyuki to encourage people to leap beyond conventional and expected paths. We build AI to help them do it.
Having experienced living in multiple countries, I'm truly blessed to become a part of the world's most excellent, beautiful, and extraordinary society, which is Japan. With their deep history, sense of innovation, and unravelling ethics, the Japanese people are a true inspiration for the entire world. From the bottom of my heart, I'd like to contribute to Japan's prosperity, leveraging my worldwide background to build a global, contemporary, AI-native organization: from Japan to the world.
Countries like Japan face a labor shortage at scale. It is extremely hard and expensive for businesses to identify, acquire, and retain talent. Almost every organization has a "talent problem". Streamlining and cost-saving are desperately needed.
While organizations struggle to secure the right talent, thousands of people we interviewed are also deeply unhappy with their jobs and can't follow their やりがい. Meaningless job routine can and must be replaced by AI. Better, tailored, high-value jobs should replace it - meaning happier and better-paid employees, higher productivity, and more stakeholder value: Generative AI can add up to 3.3%annually to productivity growth, according to McKinsey's report.
The real strength of a company lies in unleashing the power of its human capital. AI can help with the qualified labor shortage by automating processes, replacing some roles, and customising others. Generative AI agents are now powerful enough to replace millions of workers - and can also be used to recruit and manage talent better.
