Move the time spent on first interviews to the final round

More time goes into scheduling and write-ups than into the interviews themselves. The AI Interviewer takes the first round, and evaluations are generated automatically.

Challenge

Interview effort is not just interview time

Break down the time one interview costs and only part of it is spent talking to the candidate. Scheduling, preparation and write-ups are not time spent with anyone.

  • Back-and-forth to line up candidate and interviewer availability
  • Reading the resume and preparing questions
  • Writing up feedback and circulating it internally

The three shaded steps are automated. The pass-or-fail decision is made by a person.

Solution

Three things come off the clock: scheduling, preparation and write-ups

Set the questions and evaluation criteria once per role and every later candidate meets the same setup. When the interview ends, a score and its reasoning are generated for each criterion.

  • Send a URL; no scheduling needed
  • Configure once per role
  • Evaluation and feedback are recorded automatically
Per-criterion cards: the AI and reviewer scores on a one-to-five scale, with the reason the AI gave for its score.

Frequently asked questions

Do all first interviews have to go to the AI?

No. You can send only certain roles or certain candidates to the AI and keep the rest with people. The routing decision, though, has to be made earlier in your hiring workflow.

Can we review the interview afterwards?

Every interview is recorded and the audio is transcribed. Together with the score and reasoning for each criterion, it stays available in the admin console.

Does the candidate need to prepare anything?

A browser is all they need. It works on desktop, smartphone and tablet, with no app to install.

What if a candidate disputes the AI evaluation?

Evaluations are generated from what the candidate says, against questions and criteria set in advance. The same conditions apply to every candidate, and the pass-or-fail decision is made by your hiring team.

How much does it cost?

Flex is bought per interview. For steady use there is Starter (240 interviews a year), and for high-volume hiring, Growth (500 a year). See pricing details
