From 25 September 2026, our AI Interviewer and AI Screener are called Proomi, replacing the name Prance AI.
Prance AI had been doing double duty as both the company name and the product name. As the range of products grows, we have separated the two: Prance is the company, and Proomi is the AI hiring service.
Features, pricing and contract terms are unchanged. Where your documents or agreements say Prance AI, they refer to the same service.
The address and the account are separate from the ones you use today. Prance AI (https://app.prance.co.jp/) remains available. Proomi is served at a new address (https://proomi.prance.jp/) and uses a separate account. We will be in touch about moving over to Proomi.
Some listings, including comparison sites, will continue to show the name Prance AI for a while as they catch up.
We have also changed the title of our terms of service from “Prance AI Terms of Service (For Corporate Customers)” to “Prance Terms of Service (For Corporate Customers)” to match. The substance of the terms is unchanged.
