COMPANY PURPOSE

We at prance aim to solve the problem of labor shortages due to the declining birthrate and aging population by providing AI agents based on generative AI to supplement the millions of workers in the workforce. In addition, we aim to reduce costs associated with recruiting, utilizing, and retaining human resources by providing AI-based diagnosis of the right person for the right job.
